You ever ask yourself what makes an E-Liquid Premium and what gives a Manufacture the right to put it on their bottle? In this blog I will provide you with some insight and hopefully provide some answers to this question that continues to pop into my head as I see more and more eliquid companies begin to put Premium on their product. The goal is to find out what practices need to be taken in order to be a Premium E-Liquid Manufacture and insure it to your customer. If everyone puts premium on their product then there is no standard to what makes eliquid a certain quality. Together we must pre regulate our industry so that way if the federal government or state government step in they have a clear understanding of what we are about and how our industry is beneficial to every community in and out of the United States. Vaping has made impact worldwide and continues to save millions of lives every single day. With that being said let's make sure that people are aware of the safety and control we have on our industry while being proud to embrace a Healthy, Honest, and Very Fair Manufacturing standard.

Quality Ingredients & Equipment

Expressing that Premium E-Liquid Manufactures should be held to making sure they have high quality ingredients and equipment is not a put down to those making eliquid out of their home or own store. In fact it is a tip to those who want to turn their DIY Manufacturing setup into a premium services provider. Anyone can take the effort to research the highest quality products needed for Eliquid Manufacturing and work towards obtaining these must needed items. Most E-Liquids these days come with a small and very simple amount of ingredients that are all individually certified by the FDA but not as a whole. These include Vegetable Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Natural and/or Artificial Flavorings, and various types of sweeteners. Some may contain Nicotine. Both Vegetable Glycerin and Propylene Glycol are available in food grade and can be USP Certified in a 55 Gallon Drum. Also insuring your customers that your ingredients are 99.8% Pharmaceutical Grade which is the highest available will be a must when it comes to insuring a premium eliquid. This can all be handled by small business owners who want to take the next step but in my opinion if you don’t want to take these steps then it would probably be better to just step down and let the Manufactures do it for you so that we can hold the integrity and put a standard to our industry. Your ingredients are extremely close to being the heart of an E-liquid manufacturing company and will set you aside from those using the basic products for their eliquid practices. Most important the ingredients you are putting into your eliquid is what you are putting into the bodies of the millions of people who have made this switch and as a E-Liquid Manufacture your number one goal or standard should be to make sure you are providing the people of this community with the Safest, Most Consistent, and Highest Grade Products in the industry insuring that we are not for profit but for saving lives. High quality equipment is not so much a factor in making sure you have a premium tasting eliquid but it does set the standard for someone being able to provide a safe and consistent product.

The Love and Care

In order to insure true satisfaction even if the consumer doesn't know what goes on behind the scenes of each eliquid manufacturing process we must make a promise that our companies will be ran with love and care so again we can guarantee a premium standard. If someone points out that you’re E-Liquid does not seem premium to them and you are not taking the proper steps or manufacturing right then that is why. Most people would bypass this acting as if they are unaware of why their company is not successful even those who have the highest quality ingredients or equipment but their environment does not match will one day come to this answer that your employees must love what they are doing and care about the people they are serving. Take the time to examine your work force taking notes on what you can do to improve the amount of love & care put into each bottle of eliquid. Together everyone can make a difference. Anyone involved in the manufacturing of anything should feel appreciated, cared for, understood, and aware of the impact they have on the people in our communities. This will build a strong passion for wanting to obtain the ultimate goal of eliminating cigarettes. We want our Vape Employees to all share that passion and know that the community appreciates their hard work that has allowed millions of people to put down tobacco and move onto a healthier lifestyle.

Certification and Setting Your Standard

Before we get into E-Liquid Certifications and Setting the Standard for our community lets touch on OSHA and Employee Safety. You cannot have a premium eliquid manufacturing company if the wellbeing of your employees is not in good standings. OSHA is something that will come much later in your future but is a good standard that every company should look forward to following one day to insure the highest amount of safety in your facility and for your Employees. Based off that employee safety should be a huge factor in your everyday practices. Providing the right training, giving clear understandings of certifications, making safety a must, and having everyone feel comfortable in the environment should be the goal. Now let’s get into what makes you certified and how we can express this to the consumer. The FDA has not yet regulated Electronic Cigarettes or E-Liquid but people of the community have taken steps to encourage us into setting a standard for the industry. AEMSA is the American Eliquid Manufacturing Standards Association and a perfect example of how you can take the next step to being a Certified Premium Eliquid Manufacture. Although they are not the federal government they have created a standard for our industry based off what the leading manufactures have put together. If anyone will be put in charge of regulating this industry when the FDA steps in it will be AEMSA. With that being said don't sit around and wait for them to come in. Help build a strong alliance that will project a voice for our community as whole and not just individual companies. It may not seem beneficial to you now because you’re making money but in reality when the FDA does step in you will be shut down wondering why you didn't take the proper steps to stay in the race. Right now there is thousands of eliquid companies but once regulated expect less than 200 to stick around. This all falls into creating a standard for yourself. If you do not have the funds for AEMSA then do everything in your power to insure that you are as certified as possible and doing things right.

Just because you are not there yet does not mean there is no hope. If you just take the steps now and begin working towards your goals then when the time comes you will be ready appose to having everything that you worked so hard for get taken away in an instance. Take your time in order to insure that all of the hard work put in is well worth it in the end. If we want Electronic Cigarettes to be the healthier alternative and explode above big tobacco companies then we must take it serious and treat it as it is meant to be.
